Couldn't find this vehicle in my home state of Arizona so travelled to Byerly Nissan on a hunch that they would treat me well. They did and earned my respect. Denny Onstott and Trisha Brown had all the paperwork ready and explained everything very well. I was also able to speak with the Service Manager and get answers to questions I had about maintenance. Nov 2017 purchase I am amazed. I have a dealership here in Illinois that is very customer friendly and I regretted not buying from this time. However, I do not regret I am amazed. We conducted 90% of the details over the phone. The work began with Ray Perryman and Bob Steffen. They answered more questions than they probably do in most transactions. Each time they called me back within 2-3 hours or less with answers for stuff they've probably never been asked. They displayed a level of trust in what I told them about my vehicle and my needs in the new vehicle that "Warmed the cockles of my heart. Thanks Guys. They had to work harder than on most deals partly because of our distance apart and partly because of my eccentricies of my "WANTS" in my vehicle. They made sure my visit was at my convenience and that the time needed at Byerly was minimized. Part of that was due in no small part to the help of the Finance Manager Trisha Brown. Trisha knows her job!~!~!!! She explained each page of paper that I had to sign. Based on her time in the job she was able to answer questions few Finance Mgrs. have ever been able to answer for me. She knows their products (I was buying her Co. demo), she told me more about extended warranties than I have ever been told before. She pointed out the benefits of warranties from Nissan and another program that Byerly offers. Thank YOU Trisha!@!!!!!! Bob Steffen HELPED me setup the Bluetooth Phone Link, the Nissan Navigation System and answered questions from me on the phone for two days after I left the Dealership. Ray and Bob were very patient and as I said before they got back to me quickly each time I called. Ray was covering for Pat (new car manager) during the week I "bugged" them with phone calls and he never sounded put off or too busy to handle my request. He had plenty "on-his-plate" during this experience. Yes, I will talk to Byerly the next time I want to trade vehicles... Pat Williams called me to make sure I had all I needed from the visit. More
