Denny and Byerly made buying a car painless I had driven a car of questionable reliability for quite some time, mostly because I was terrified of purchasing a new(er) car. Two weeks ago, my old car made the decision for me--I was going to have to go through the process whether I wanted to or not. Although I was very worried about being oversold or taken advantage of, Denny and the crew at Byerly guided me through the purchasing process without pressuring me or treating me, in my vehicular ignorance, in a condescending way. Denny was respectful of what I needed and wanted in a car, and made great suggestions that fit both my desires and my budget. Denny was kind, personable, and patient with me and helped me get on the road with a new car that is perfect for my situation and my budget. I'm lucky that I ended up, by chance, at Byerly Nissan--I would highly recommend Denny and the rest of the crew to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
