I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and they were suppose to check my camera that has a recall on and the drivers seat lumbar support not working. They called me 7 hours later and absolutely nothing was fixed. I can only use my back up camera about 15-20% of the time and my lumbar support hasn’t worked in a long while. I had even agreed to pay the 195 for the lumbar support issue. They said the person that signed me in did t put it on the ticket. However I watched him type in about the seat. I’m not sure where it got lost in translation. I am fighting breast cancer and cancer in my uterus. I had to find a ride to my four dr appointments that day. They said they could get it in the next day about the lumbar support but I had more appointments that day. I expected it to be done the day I dropped it off More

Bought a blue certified vehicle. . drove it about a week and then it was in their shop for over 30 days.
