Not the greatest experience. We liked our salesman but then the finance manager came in and told us we qualified for a low interest rate with a credit union. Then he came back in wanting an additional $2,000 down payment after we had already put $15,000 down. So because we didn’t put the additional money down our interest rate went up. My wife was so upset about feeling like we were being taken advantage of she started to cry. Additionally two days later it started to rain and I had a puddle of water on the passenger side floor board. I immediately went back to Byerly’s service shop and got nothing but attitude at first. Saying they were busy and couldn’t look at it for several weeks. I started to get heated at this point and eventually someone came and looked at it and some molding around the windshield had come apart and it was a simple fix but the attitude up front was not necessary. It was a lot of water that was coming through on an Explorer that I had bought 2 days earlier. More

I got home and checked my receipt and no tire rotation called back up there and they said sorry you can bring it back to us and we will take care of it, we’ll that’s not going to cut it,I will be getting my service elsewhere going forward.
