I love the Byerly Service Dept. Esp Jim. I bought a 2019 Escape brand new & came here for every oil change. Traded it in for a 2023 Bronco back in May, at Tri County Ford which is w Esp Jim. The easiest, friendliest ppl to work with. Seems I always have dealt with Jim, & I will definitely keep coming back, at least as long as Jim is there :) More

I took 3 of our company trucks here for recalls. They had me in and out in no time, and fixed a leaky tire on one truck for free. Excellent customer service. While I am new to the Byerly Ford group, my aunt is a 30 year customer and set this service appointment up for us. Great customer service, the safety recall on my vehicle was taken care of quickly. Attention to detail was lacking from the front desk. Put down that I was only there for a oil change and I needed a check engine light looked at as well. Did not rotate tires either as requested. Not the greatest experience. We liked our salesman but then the finance manager came in and told us we qualified for a low interest rate with a credit union. We had the monthly p We liked our salesman but then the finance manager came in and told us we qualified for a low interest rate with a credit union. We had the monthly payment worked out. Then he came back in wanting an additional $2,000 down payment after we had already put $15,000 down. So because we didn’t put the additional money down our interest rate went up. My wife was so upset about feeling like we were being taken advantage of she started to cry. Additionally two days later it started to rain and I had a puddle of water on the passenger side floor board. I immediately went back to Byerly’s service shop and got nothing but attitude at first. Saying they were busy and couldn’t look at it for several weeks. I started to get heated at this point and eventually someone came and looked at it and some molding around the windshield had come apart and it was a simple fix but the attitude up front was not necessary. It was a lot of water that was coming through on an Explorer that I had bought 2 days earlier. More
