Byerly damaged car after sale by hitting garage door after purchase putting on premium paint and interior treatments and didn’t notify me. No one from ford management ever contacted me until 3 days later when I filed a corporate claim. My sales rep was amazing, but I have no trust in anyone else at byerly ford. I was quoted 2 weeks to get my car serviced, which is already a long time. I called every other day after 2 weeks and it took several attempts for someone to return my call.
