Byerly damaged car after sale by hitting garage door after purchase putting on premium paint and interior treatments and didn’t notify me. I dropped the car off at 9am and at 3 called my sales person, after purchase putting on premium paint and interior treatments and didn’t notify me. No one from ford management ever contacted me until 3 days later when I filed a corporate claim. My sales rep was amazing, but I have no trust in anyone else at byerly ford. I understand mistakes happen, and I remained very composed, but to not even get an apology or even spoken to by the management is pathetic customer service More

I was quoted 2 weeks to get my car serviced, which is already a long time. I called every other day after 2 weeks and it took several attempts for someone to return my call.
