Bought a 2024 expedition and blind spot indicator was not turned on and was told to make an appointment in a week. No one was knowledgeable on the system including your maintenance department. On demo ride t turned on and was told to make an appointment in a week. No one was knowledgeable on the system including your maintenance department. On demo ride the left front tire was at 23psi. All employees we worked with were great. From the receptionist, to our service advisor, to touching base with our salesman, all were very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the day after our maintenance visit, we ended up on the side of the road on our way back from Cincinatti due to a slow leak in the transmission oil pan gasket. Not sure what caused the leak. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us home and getting the car repaired and back to us in a timely manner. More
