Was informed that they had NEVER picked someone up to take them to get their car. They have always brought me home whenever I had to leave my car for service and picked me up to get it back. Serviceman made me feel like I was lying when kept saying they had NEVER done that. First time that I have ever had to get someone else to take me to get my car. If this service isn't available could have just said we no longer offer that service More
