Recently bought a '18 Expedition Platinum and Dakota J. was our sales person. I detest buying a car from a dealer/lot, but this was a great experience. Dakota did a great job providing info and navigating was our sales person. I detest buying a car from a dealer/lot, but this was a great experience. Hopefully we won't be buying anything for years, but it sure would be nice to have Dakota as our sales person. The whole process was great and would gladly buy from Byerly again. More
Picked this dealership because they had the specific Ford 150 Hybrid Supercab, color and Trailer add options, I was looking for. I loved the attention I got when going inside the dealership, everyone was ver 150 Hybrid Supercab, color and Trailer add options, I was looking for. I loved the attention I got when going inside the dealership, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions, and went above and beyond my expectations with Sales Associate David Mills. He was great, explained how to use the vehicle, and showed me everything on it, without me having to ask. Really enjoyed my visit there, and the vehicle I bought. As far as the finance part, it took as long as usual at any dealership I have been at. But they also answered all questions, and explained everything in the finance process. More
