Picked this dealership because they had the specific Ford 150 Hybrid Supercab, color and Trailer add options, I was looking for. I loved the attention I got when going inside the dealership, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions, and went above and beyond my expectations with Sales Associate David Mills. He was great, explained how to use the vehicle, and showed me everything on it, without me having to ask. Really enjoyed my visit there, and the vehicle I bought. As far as the finance part, it took as long as usual at any dealership I have been at. But they also answered all questions, and explained everything in the finance process. More
We have been customers of Byerly Ford / Nissan for more than 10 years and have never had an experience like this. We took our 2004 Escape (which I bought from Byerly) in for an oil leak and were quoted mor than 10 years and have never had an experience like this. We took our 2004 Escape (which I bought from Byerly) in for an oil leak and were quoted more than $1900 to fix it. My daughter ok'd the work and paid them close to $2000 with the understanding that the oil leak would be fixed. Well, it wasn't and when we took it back, they quoted another $700+ to fix it. First, if they couldn't guarantee the leak would be fixed, WHY would they take a young girl's $2000?? Second, to quote another $700 for not fixing what they said they would fix in the first place, is unconscionable. They offered to fix it then for about $300, but at that point, why not just eat the $300 to keep a family of customers? Unfortunately, it will be our last time dealing with Byerly. Not only disappointing, but maddening that my daughter is out $2000 and still has a car that is leaking oil. More

My husband and I recently purchased 2 Ford Explorers from Byerly. We had come looking for a specific one for me with the very small idea that maybe we got 2 as our family had outgrown both of our current car Byerly. First, we spoke with Karen and let her know what we were there for, and she pointed us to David Mills. He got the keys and took us out. He gave us information on the car and letnus have some privacy to talk about it. I ABSOLUTELY loved this. I got the main information on the car I needed, a lot do the upgrades, and was left to look over everything with my husband and talk about it without feeling like we were being hovered over. We pretty much knew we were getting that car, so we told him we were ready, but there was a small possibility we would trade in my husband's as well and he would just get basically the same car as me if they had it. My husband was clear this was just a tiny idea that we probably wouldn't act on, but he was willing to see what the trade-in would be on his car. David went through everything with us, answering all questions, without even the hint of trying to talk us into the second car. He was beyond respectful about not trying to persuade us to "just go ahead and get 2". Ultimately, we decided to get both, but we both respected David for the way he handled our "small idea that we probably wouldn't act on." During all of this, we had our 1 year old there, and he was not just sitting around the whole time. Everyone on the team that was there that day interacted with him, played with him, brought him snacks (Karen even got him ice cream), brought him toys, etc. I felt bad he was so rambunctious, but we were there for many hours and he's a 1-year-old, however, everyone was so nice and actually tried to make my job easier while dealing with this big decision. Almost 2 weeks later and we are very happy with our purchase. We definitely made the right choice on not only the cars but also the people we purchased them from. I even had a couple of questions a week after my purchase, and David got in touch with me immediately to answer them. We dealt with David personally for actually purchasing the cars, and he made the process great. However, everyone there that day was extremely helpful, nice, and caring. Definitely recommend! More
William in the Service Dept was wonderful. I was in & out in 30 minutes. Recall item was taken care of at no charge & he answered questions about 2 other concerns I had.
