Mark Hall was an exceptionally great sales advisor to work with on the purchase of a Ford Certified Pre-owned vehicle. I was an internet shopper over 100 miles away and with the long distance between mys work with on the purchase of a Ford Certified Pre-owned vehicle. Mark was very willing to answer all my questions and personally inspect the car throuroughy saving me time , effort and money. When I visited the dealership to see the car, Mark and the car were all ready for a complete test drive and it felt like I was doing business with a trusted friend. I purchased the vehicle right then and there and he made all arrangements for me to finance and pick up the car. The delivery went flawless and without any surprises. He also immediately followed up on some other questions I had and even sent me a copy of a factory service advisory that I had wanted some addtiona info on .
