I am so appreciative for all the work Byerly Ford has given me. I just purchased my vehicle at a different dealership back in December 2023 and a few weeks ago the “wrench” notification light started to given me. I just purchased my vehicle at a different dealership back in December 2023 and a few weeks ago the “wrench” notification light started to appear on my dashboard. After getting it diagnosed I called around to MULTIPLE Ford dealerships in Louisville to see about getting my car serviced since it was still under the manufacturer warranty but every service department I called was either booked out for weeks to months or just couldn’t get my car in at all. Luckily I scheduled an appointment online with Byerly and took my car in, I was told I would have to leave the car with them and I would hear something back in a few hours. Literally 45 minutes later I received a call from Will, one of the service advisors (I believe that’s his job description) and was told the codes coming up were transmission codes and that my car had to be moved over to the transmission service department and I would be working with him from there on out. He told me I would hear from him the next day and he kept his word. For the short time my car was there (less than a week) he was able to accommodate me by giving me a rental loaner while my car was in service as well as kept me informed about parts being ordered and estimated time of when I would get my car back. His customer service was phenomenal! I now have my car back with no other issues and I will forever be grateful for the service Byerly and Will has given me. Thank you so much and I will continue to do business for scheduled maintenance and other needs if they arise. More
