After being greeted by a very friendly and efficient receptionist, I first met with Bryon Chew, who, with his friendly manner, made me feel very comfortable. We had an in-depth discussion about my needs, likes and dislikes. Bryon then introduced me to my salesman, John Galligan, who was wonderful - very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and always available for questions during the decision making process. I also appreciated being given so many choices of cars on the lot, each having a variety of features. Trading in my old car was so easy, as was the entire leasing process. All details were taken care of - from paying off my car loan on my old car, to arranging for insurance and registering the new car. Andy Hickox, of the finance department, was great taking care of all those details. Also, John and Tony Oddon, the tech specialist, were so helpful explaining all the hi tech features on my 2018 Equinox. I am new to Buzz Chew and to Chevrolet and I feel sure I will be a long time customer. How nice to do business with a hometown dealership!
