This was definitely the worst experience in my 50 years of buying cars. I found a new $49K Pacifica Limited there via the Chrysler site (I was looking for a very specific spec- silver, AWD, gray interior, of buying cars. I found a new $49K Pacifica Limited there via the Chrysler site (I was looking for a very specific spec- silver, AWD, gray interior, sunroof, NAV, either a Touring or Limited), agreed to price, paid deposit, agreed to trade value, had confirmed appointment to pick up car yesterday, drove 3 hours from Cincinnati, and when I arrived on time at 11:30 AM, I was told, "Uh, somehow that car got sold to someone else." Unbelievable. More

I bought a used 300 from Button, the experience was easily the best that I have ever had from a dealer. There was some slight damage on rear passenger rim that I hadn't noticed, but the salesmen immedi easily the best that I have ever had from a dealer. There was some slight damage on rear passenger rim that I hadn't noticed, but the salesmen immediately pointed it out. The car is amazing, and every interaction I have had so far has been professional, quick, and easy. I will be back to purchase any future vehicles from this dealership, and from JC as long as he is there!! More

Lack of integrity and accurate staff work. They agreed to match another dealer's offer of 500 under price. I asked for 3 prices on 3 cars to decide if I'd order or try the one on their lot. The prices kept c match another dealer's offer of 500 under price. I asked for 3 prices on 3 cars to decide if I'd order or try the one on their lot. The prices kept changing all week, couldn't get one clear picture for decision making. Doesn't seem there was attention to detail. Then when I kept trying to clarify the pricing and emphasized I'd be interested in trying the one on their lot they reneged on the 500 off they agreed to 7 days prior. Said they'd only do it for the one on the lot and not an order. It was like pulling teeth trying to get prices to begin with and then the lack of integrity was the cherry on top. I bought a horse in Europe from people who spoke broken English, flew it to the U.S last year and that was 25 percent as complicated a sale with this dealer in my home state. How complicated is a 43-50k vehicle to price out and stick with what was agreed to??? I thank them for showing their true colors before I bought. Glad to have the opportunity to buy somewhere else. I can only imagine what would have happened later in the device department on the supposed lifetime powertrain warranty. Telling my family and friends #complicated. More

The second vehicle i had worked on took over 4 months to get it back i understand that parts suppliers ar not usually still around but i ended up calling corporate headquarters and had the parts in 2 weeks ironically now that same car is back in the shop because they replaced a heater core and it started leaking and now the rest of my coolant system is shot the water pump and radiator now there gouging the price to get it fixed i bought a new 2017 ram there to and have had as bad of service already with that vehicle i highly recommend not doing business with this dealership 1 More

They are placed my driver side airbag recall ended a “free“ diagnostic of the car and found some things in the front end of the car that needed to be replaced. I wasn’t too surprised I knew this had to happen based on the miles of the car so I went ahead and have them do it. About $2000 later, which in and of itself is it drastically high for the repairs that they did , I was still having issues. I took it back to the service center were all the sudden they had no record of my car ever having been in. This was less than 24 hours after the fact. They wouldn’t even take a look at the car saying that they don’t do diagnostics on cars it ever been in service center. That statement is understandable however I had just been there and was talking to the person who helped me the whole time. I took the car to a few different mechanics around town all of them confirmed that repairs had not been done showed me parts that with my bill should’ve been replaced I had clearly been on the car for a long long time. I filed a police report. I filed a fraudulent charge with my credit card. Somehow these guys got away with it. I had to take it to another mechanic to finally get the repairs done for another $1800 If there ever were crooks… This is where they work More

I made an appointment for 9am to not just get the "complimentary" oil changed but to have a couple of minor things checked (shifting hard sometimes and a knocking noise in the rear). When I arrived the service rep acted perturbed that I brought it to the regular service rather than going to the express lane. I was then informed that the appointment was just to drop the Cherokee at the service center and that it would take all day to service it. The oil was NOT changed even though the work-order said it was and they had performed other work that I neither ask for nor authorized. I was given a bill of $86.64 for the work they supposedly preform, which i doubt, without my authorization. I am having second thoughts about purchasing this vehicle even though several of my family members have Jeeps through Button Motors. I never had any service issues with Chevy service like this and wish I had remained a Chevy customer. I am so disgusted with the service that I would like to return the Cherokee and get my Equinox back. Richard Smith More
Sold me a Jeep Wrangler with a bad engine & refuse to repair I bought a Jeep Wrangler with 68,000 miles on it and a few days after I got the truck home I noticed a pinging noise coming from the engine I bought a Jeep Wrangler with 68,000 miles on it and a few days after I got the truck home I noticed a pinging noise coming from the engine. Called Button, thinking they would fix the issue since I had just bought the vehicle. I was forced to bring the truck in over and over while each tech and service manager gave me a different story as to why the truck burns oil (over 4 quarts low at 3,100 miles since last oil change) , pings upon acceleration and loses power. They refused to fix my jeep even though they sold it to me with a bad engine. I requested all my service records and they actually sent me one that stated the engine light was on the exact day I bought it and they reset it and sold it to me the very same day. Now, somehow this is my fault. This should have never been a warranty issue. This is a bad business issue. I'm now being forced to replace the engine, 100% all on me. Never again will I deal with this business. More
