The warranty forever is horrible. Has ruined my life as of late. Very disappointing. No leeway whatsoever. And one mistake by a teenager voided my whole contract.. and now I have no way of seeing him at college or going to my daughter's games. Been missing work bc of no ride. It was an honest mistake. But you offer no forgiveness whatsoever. More

I was one of the first to request info on a used vehicle they received. Dan sent me a couple of pics before it was detailed. He then kept me in the loop. Someone gave them a fake or wrong number. I now have access to someone’s service information for a pro master. They kept calling and they insisted. I’m tempted to file a complaint on behalf of the person who’s personal information could’ve been compromised. If I were to have went along with their mistake. One would think they would verify their information first. Or wonder why a Greenwood number would drive up to Kokomo for a car service. Either that or it’s the world’s dumbest scam. Which wouldn’t surprise me based off the reviews. I would rather buy a car from Matilda’s dad from the movie. More

Same as an earlier review. Went and drove a vehicle from there and dropped ours off to get a trade in value from them. Never heard from them. We had to call them twice only to find the vehicle we were looking at sold. 7 days later and never got a trade value. I had a bad experience here years ago as well so i see not much has changed. More
