The Button Dodge dealership and my sales associate, Mark Wilkerson, went above and beyond from start to finish during the purchase process and follow up visit to resolve an unexpected issue. They tried to tell me I needed repairs that I did NOT need — they mentioned issues from the last time I had my vehicle there — but I had already had those repairs done by an independent mechanic before b need — they mentioned issues from the last time I had my vehicle there — but I had already had those repairs done by an independent mechanic before bringing my vehicle back to Buttons. Very poor time estimates, was told they would get my oil change and tires rotated right away. 2 and a half hours later. I saw my truck make it's way into the service bay. 3 hours for a tire rotate and oil c change and tires rotated right away. 2 and a half hours later.
