Took my 2015 wrangler in for a hard shift. I’ve owned this Jeep for approximately 4 months, over the last month it’s began to shift hard. Mind you I bought my Jeep with a lift and 33” tires on I’ve owned this Jeep for approximately 4 months, over the last month it’s began to shift hard. Mind you I bought my Jeep with a lift and 33” tires on it - when purchased I bought an extended warranty on it through a third party. Garritt S. Says he test drove it and shifts “slightly hard” and said that due to the tires, lift and tread depth that was what was causing my hard shift. At this point I’m thinking with a diagnosis there would be a solution to the problem, however according to Garritt S. There was nothing that could be done. Garrit told me nothing I didn’t already know. There should always be a solution to a problem. That’s how a company continues to make money and that’s how you fix a customer’s wants/needs. I don’t think anyone would want to be be told that the vehicle they bought 4 months ago that already had the lift and tires installed that nothing could be done and you’ll just have to deal with the “slightly hard” shifting. I’m no technician but from my understanding , the Jeep would need a regear. Thank you button for taking my $150 for a xxxxxxxx diagnose. I can guarantee I’ll never be back for any type of business.
