Friendly is an understatement - helpful - knowledgeable - above board and darn fun!!!! Jennie Denny - we were her first customers - what a cute gal. She was under the watchful eye of Dustin LeProwse. He helped her with the sale making sure she did the work and learned as she went. She was so sweet - even showed up the next day ( and she did not have to ) to be there when we picked up the new Highlander. We like top of the line when we buy our Toyotas and this one was dressed to the "9s" . I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE and see what fun a dedicated dealership can be. More

Untrustworthy I thought all Toyota dealers were reputable but Butte Toyota has proven me wrong. They might claim they are under new management but I have dealt with I thought all Toyota dealers were reputable but Butte Toyota has proven me wrong. They might claim they are under new management but I have dealt with both. More of the same. The service dept is ran by the same person anyway, his name is GUY and he argued with me over the phone for awhile before I talked to the GM. I suspect he is behind all the xx I have gone through. I spent 2.5 thousand dollars on one repair for my truck and they forgot to re-install the brake caliper screws, which caused a ton of other damage. I had the truck towed back to them and they said they would get it back to the way it was. They replaced the Toyota CV axle with an aftermarket part and I didn't find out until 2yrs later when it failed. They put back in a toyota part but made me sign something that said they were not responsible for any more repairs from their original mistake. Since then I have spent about 2 thousand on repairs due to their original mistake. New rotors, control arm tabs, etc. All on the front drivers side where they forgot to install the screws. Go to Lithia Toyota in Missoula, they have been absolutely great. More

Kirk was the salesman that I worked with and I can’t say enough good things about the whole process. Everything went smooth and they helped me find exactly what I wanted. The price was made to fit my budget and the Highlander itself is wonderful. My 2 girls love to go out to Butte Toyota because the staff is so friendly and they have a great area for kids to play.
