Lack of Knowledge I was promised a lot a things to start, this became a frustrating process for me. I was told I would get "special financing" and didn't, a low intere I was promised a lot a things to start, this became a frustrating process for me. I was told I would get "special financing" and didn't, a low interest rate was found; certification became an issue because of an after market auto-starter that no one seemed to know about but this was worked out in the end when it was removed and replaced w/one that could work with certification; I was promised 2 months of complimentary XM radio but it was shut down after 2 weeks; my plates were accidentally left on my trade in and they were to be mailed to me the next day, they were not mailed until 12 days later after I asked where they were. Still don't see them in my mail box. I was sent a link for the Toyota website to register my truck's VIN but received a message that it wont accept the # so I reached out to the sales associate and I have yet to get any help. I was also promised that the next 3 oil changes were going to be paid for by Butte Toyota but I have a feeling that this will not end up being the case when it comes down to it. While I will say everyone was pleasant I felt like there was a lack of knowledge and some double speak, if you will. My experience was not what I would call a pleasant one and it became more stressful than it should have been. More
