Service department changed the oil in our new 2022 Toyota RAV4 and left the oil drain plug loose. On the second oil change at 15000 miles they did it again. We had to have the vehicle towed. Called the service manager twice only to get voicemail. The general manager never returned my call. I took pictures and documented. I will call Toyota to file a formal complaint. More
Easy to make a service appointment; drove in 10 minutes before and the Service Advisor took my Tacoma in right away. Oil Change, Cabin Air Filter replaced, multi-point inspection, air in tires, fluids top before and the Service Advisor took my Tacoma in right away. Oil Change, Cabin Air Filter replaced, multi-point inspection, air in tires, fluids topped up. I waited in A/C comfort and was ready to go in 1 1/2 hours. Thanks Butler Toyota....! More

Needed an oil change, spoke to 2 service agents before dropping off. Mister Larry called to ask me why I brought in my car. "I need my oil changed, didn't this information get passed on to you?" He said that all he had was the word "maintenance" and wanted to clarify. I'm not mad at Larry, he did the right thing. Upon pick up, when I saw my white car, the door and hood were smeared with black grease hand prints. I started my car and billows of white and yellow smoke came out. I quickly shut off the car. Larry came running out to the parking lot apologizing. "I'm sorry, they are supposed to drive the car when they put in the fuel line cleaner. It won't hurt you." I pointed out the black grease stains and he said it was from the rain. "No, look closely, it's hand prints." He asked a guy to come clean it off. Overall, I usually have a good experience. But quite disappointed with yesterday's oil change and maintenance service from start to finish. More
