Battery Replacement Larry, as always, was great. The services requested were completed in a timely manner. Harold, the shuttle driver, is a really friendly man. I am a Larry, as always, was great. another excellent visit As usual, Larry Cumming was pleasant and thorough in explaining to me the options I had for the work to be done on my Yaris. This was the 90,000 mile As usual, Larry Cumming was pleasant and thorough in explaining to me the options I had for the work to be done on my Yaris. This was the 90,000 mile checkup and it turned out that there were important choices which he took pains to explain. He arranged for me to be taken to school by a very personable Hispanic young man. After a time, Larry called me and reported that a few problems had been discovered that needed to be dealt with. Later the work was done and I picked up my car at the appointed time. I fear I may be getting spoiled at Butler, as this level of service is what I have come to expect, and what I get every time i bring my car in. You can expect to see me again in 5000 miles. More
