Oil Change; Alignment & Brakes As always; Sam helped us get our van serviced and keep us safe by checking everything when we come in for our regular service. While we only intended to change the oil and have the tires aligned; our brakes were very low. Sam was able to help us get the needed repairs that day while still allowing us to make our other commitments. Thankfully the Butler Toyota shuttle service was available and the driver quickly came to get me when the van was ready for pick up. Such a friendly and helpful service center. More

Diagnosed and replaced bad starter Was traveling from Florida to Wisconsin with an overnight stay in Macon. In morning, car would not start so had it towed to Butler Toyota. They diagnosed the problem shortly after arrival and recommended replacing the starter, which they did not have on hand. They ordered the new part on a Friday afternoon, received it the next morning, and had us back on the road before noon on Saturday! While waiting, they found a room in a nearby hotel for us, provided shuttle service, and even stopped at a local drug store for us enroute to the hotel. Shuttle picked us up next morning and we were on our way! Without exception every person we met at Butler was warmly welcoming, very helpful, and professionally competent. Knowing full well that We were just passing through Macon and so not likely to be a return customer, they treated royally. If I lived in that area, they would get all my business, without question! More
