It’s service on new car. Sam is always very helpful! He explains everything to me so I understand the process. Only thing I think could be improved is the length of time it t Sam is always very helpful! He explains everything to me so I understand the process. Only thing I think could be improved is the length of time it takes for an oil change and tire rotation. ( out of Sam’s control). I’m there anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hours every time I come.
