Excellent Customer Service! Brought my Camry in after an accidental ditch drop. Was really worried it was going to be an expensive fix. Had my alignment and was thrilled when the customer service rep told me I just needed some clips to hold the engine cover on! No charge for the clips. One two three, I was out of there and just the cost of the alignment! Happy Customer! More

The guy has been around a long time and his knowledge and expertise is obvious. If he DOESN'T know something, he will ask someone. I like that. He doesn't act like he knows everything. He is very down-to-earth and relatable and takes time with EVERY customer! Thanks Jerry. There can't be an exellent service dept without EXCELLENT management. Rick has handled my issues with getting harassed by Toyota with phone calls for service, etc. I had CLEARLY asked to be removed from the lists, but it took Rick to do his magic to make sure it stopped.
