Truly Exceptional Customer Service I took my 2018 Camry in for an oil change and to have an update installed that was recently released by Toyota for the infotainment system. I was given updates by my service writer, Larry Cummings, and was in and out in what felt like no time! All of the staff that I encountered were highly professional, courteous, and friendly. Routine service I brought my 2006 RAV4 in for service and a check engine light. The service rep and team were very polite they took my information and explained what I brought my 2006 RAV4 in for service and a check engine light. The service rep and team were very polite they took my information and explained what would be done in the service. They called me a few hours later to explain why the check engine light was on and what it would cost for repairs. This is about the third time I have been to the service area. I am very happy with the service and I will return in the future. More
