Rob Houston was excellent. Rob offered great customer service - friendly and helpful but not pushy. My only gripe was that I had to wait too long to sign the final paperwork. Also, I hated having to pay such a high interest rate when I have excellent credit and I just wanted to pay cash anyway. I understand, though, that I couldn't have gotten as low of a price otherwise. Since buying the Camry, I have been very happy with the car. My only disappointment is with Entune. I understand it fully now, and I think it is buggy and that it has many design flaws. I knew this car didn't have Carplay or Android Auto, but I am still surprised given Toyota's reputation for quality. Entune takes that assessment down a notch for me. I know that the infotainment system is not Butler's fault but Toyota's. I now think Toyota knows that it is bad, which is why it is offering Carplay and Android Auto on the 2019s. To keep faith with their customers who bought the 2018 Camry's, I think they ought to offer an Carplay and Android Auto update for those cars too. All that said, the main thing is that Rob Houston did a fantastic job. More

The only down side was from looking on the web site I expected to get the internet price at 0% financing. Was not happy when told that was not the case. If you wanted the internet price you had to pay 5% financing. No where on the website was that stated. I think that needs to be made clear so that costumers know if they are comparing prices at different dealers they have the correct info. After I said I wanted to check other dealers now that I had all the facts Chris was able to decrease the price with 0% financing. It wouldn't have been an issue if the website had stated the info on 0% financing correctly. I am happy with the out come but it shouldn't have been that stressful. More
