With the great service, I have bought a carolla and then traded to a Camry for a total of 3 vehicles from Butler Toyota. Excellent Customer Service! Brought my Camry in after an accidental ditch drop. Was really worried it was going to be an expensive fix. Had my alignment and was thrilled when the Brought my Camry in after an accidental ditch drop. Was really worried it was going to be an expensive fix. Had my alignment and was thrilled when the customer service rep told me I just needed some clips to hold the engine cover on! No charge for the clips. One two three, I was out of there and just the cost of the alignment! Happy Customer! More

Rick has handled my issues with getting harassed by Toyota with phone calls for service, etc. I had CLEARLY asked to be removed from the lists, but it took Rick to do his magic to make sure it stopped.
