Exceptional service Brought my 2015 Rav 4 in for oil change and tire rotation. I did not wait long and Brian Hatfield kept me informed along the way. Brought it to my att Brought my 2015 Rav 4 in for oil change and tire rotation. I did not wait long and Brian Hatfield kept me informed along the way. Brought it to my attention that I needed to change a filter and showed me a picture adding the reasons he would go ahead and do it. I said to change it and not long after he let me know all was done and everything Looked good. While checking out I mentioned a magnet had melted to my car and I asked for suggestions to get it off. We went to look at it and he stated he had a few ideas but wanted to take it and see what the guys in detail said. He came back about 10 minutes later and said they all had never seen something like that before but he had managed to get it off. I was so thankful! He did not have to take the time to do that but to me that going above and beyond meant everything. Service like that is why my family and I have brought several cars at Butler Toyota and will continue to do so! Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience! More
