The Southeastern Toyota finance uses a 3 party for payments. Bill Matrix was nothing but a disservice, a headache, and a pain in the rear! Always playing the Blame Game on the bank. It's not the bank. I have spent a numerous hours in the banks, 3 way calls, and listening to Bill Matrix bunch of crap. It isn't the dealership, bank, and or Southeatern Toyota finance. Buyers beware. More
