I was in Service Dept for recall repair. Called to set up appt - was told who service writer would be and was followed up with email detailing everything discussed. A shuttle was available to bring me ho up appt - was told who service writer would be and was followed up with email detailing everything discussed. A shuttle was available to bring me home and come back and pick me up when service was completed. Everyone I had contact with was professional and courteous. Very pleased with everything. More

As long time buyers from butler Toyota, after today we will not be back. Found a vehicle on their website for a specific price and once we were on the lot they refused to sell it for the internet price. W will not be back. Found a vehicle on their website for a specific price and once we were on the lot they refused to sell it for the internet price. Was told there was an error and that the truck would have to be sold to us for $7000 more than what it was listed as. After we showed the manager the internet list price, they still refused. It should have been honored if that is what it was advertised as. More
