My service manager, Larry Cummings, is great and I always ask for him. I get serviced every 5000 miles and my vehicle is 12 years old now and runs good. However, when I first called and went thru your ask for him. I get serviced every 5000 miles and my vehicle is 12 years old now and runs good. However, when I first called and went thru your usual protocol, I was told there was not an opening with Larry until the following week. I was in a hurry so I just said I would think about that and call back. I called back the next day and got an appointment for the next morning with Larry. Glad I waited for another operator. More
