All staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Mark, Brandon, Hall, and Kalie were exceptional. Mark has been extremely responsive even after the purchase - even reaching out to check in because Mark, Brandon, Hall, and Kalie were exceptional. They did not blow me away with a great deal, but it was just average/fair. Only real complaint is that the car was not cleaned to my standards. It was certainly not detailed, really just poorly wiped down, inside and out. The windshield was horribly streaked and cloudy. Then, I found some sticky goo under the front passenger seat looks like something was spilled. I didn't find it until a couple days after I got the car home, and I live 40 miles from the dealership so I did not take it back and tell them. So the Butler team did not have an opportunity to make it right - but I know they would have. Point is, it should have never made it to me that way. I would absolutely recommend this dealership with the advice/warning to shop around prior to going and assess the cleanliness of the vehicle before you leave. More

I do not appreciate the nitwitt who did not properly the license plate on the vehicle. I am lucky I made it home, approximately 160 miles in the pouring rain, without it falling off.
