Buyer beware! If I could give zero stars I would! The sales manager was misleading and deceitful. Prior to signing, when dealing with the sales manager: 1. I was If I could give zero stars I would! The sales manager was misleading and deceitful. Prior to signing, when dealing with the sales manager: 1. I was NEVER told the “Butler advantage was automatically added to every car. I was led to believe this was optional, hence the reason I put a down payment in the amount to cover cost of it. 2. I negotiated a trade in value on my vehicle, with sales manager, of a certain amount, which we both agreed on, than when I got home and looked over paperwork, realized they lowered trade value $200 without my knowledge. When I was with finance, signing, the amount was never brought up, so I had no reason to believe it would have changed (since that was already pre-negotiated. 3. The sales manager, when discussing monthly payment, said monthly pymt would fluctuate because of my excellent credit score once they shopped around for best deal, knowing that Butler Toyota only deals strictly with Toyota for financing. I found this out by finance when signing when he told me my interest rate, which was high, but I was instructed to keep car financed by Toyota for 6 months then refinance with the bank of my choice. I have bought many Toyota’s, but never had such a horrible and dishonest experience like this. When I contacted sales lady regarding the $200 difference on trade value (which I had text messages to prove) after going back and forth for days she asked me to set my cash app back up for the refund to make things right. Two weeks later, no response to any more messages and I never received the money that was owed to me. Definitely a learning lesson for next car I buy, which will not be from Butler Toyota. More

What more can I say about Butler Toyota of Macon? My service advisor, Brian Hatfield is exceptional, courteous, assisting and FANTABULOUS! His type of 5 stars service keeps me as a customer. He goes over and beyond. Explains what is going to be done and keeps you abreast of all that is being done. Love, Love, LOVE Brian! And of course Mr. Jerry he is always assisting, kind and sweet! I don't think I had any problem with any of the wonderful people in Butler Toyota of Macon. There are others too, like Megan and the other 2 ladies.
