Things seem to run like clockwork there! Also, the service advisor's area was neat and clean. The service drive was neat and clean - no grease or oil on the floor at all. The young lady who greeted me at my car was warm and pleasant. The customer waiting lounge was large, comfortable and well appointed. Butler Toyota service was the best I've received anywhere...even when I was driving Audis or Mercedes. A class A Job! More

I really had a great experience at Butler Lexus however my partner was looking for a certain car and he found one here. Now I check it out and the drivers survivor is completely broke off and I see a small chip in the windshield which has spread across the window after 2 weeks of ownership. I had him call about the sun visor they told us they discounted the card a whopping $175 so there was nothing they could do which is BS. The car also has a bad tensioner pully making a rattling noise . I was very happy with Butler for my 22 Lexus but this experience I hate so say it will more than likely keep me from doing business with any of the Butler dealerships in the future. We have a copy of a list if things where it went through inspection even says they ordered the visor I just feel like if a proper inspection was done these things would have been fixed. More
