Very good salesperson I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna for my wife from Butler Toyota in Macon. Our salesperson was Wendy Hollis and we had a very good experience. Wendy was very knowledgeable about the different model vehicles we looked at. She was low key and not pushy at all. She got us into our price range when we decided on the Sienna and understood when we told her we would discuss our decision whether or not to purchase overnight. I told her I would call her the next day and she waited on me to call her instead of calling me first, which I really appreciated. Once we told Wendy we were going to buy, she walked us through the process every step of the way even though she was extremely busy that day. More

Perfect Timing I had spoken to one of the customer service person and they recommended I come on a Tuesday for my car "check up". When I arrived, cars were every whe I had spoken to one of the customer service person and they recommended I come on a Tuesday for my car "check up". When I arrived, cars were every where and I was hesitant to stay but willing. I had to go out of town that day so we agreed that it was safe for me to drive my car and return the next day. On arrival, someone met me at my car, took care of me immediately (no other cars in line). With in a few minutes my car was back and I was resting comfortably. I was informed of choices I had in my car needs, treated extremely professionally and personally. Had all my needs taken care of and on the road again. Love my car!!!! More
