sold us a new car and would't submit our paperwork our tag We purchased a Corolla (new 2016) from Butler Toyota. Things seemingly went well. 35 days later we tried to get a tag for the car but tag office sai We purchased a Corolla (new 2016) from Butler Toyota. Things seemingly went well. 35 days later we tried to get a tag for the car but tag office said couldn't find it in the system that maybe it was being mailed to us. Day 44 after purchase I took off work again because temp tag would end the following day. Tag office researched temp tag and told me to contact dealership because they never submitted papaerwork for tag. After several calls finally got to talk to some one. said they would submit and call me when complete. They NEVER called. Called back to talk to sales manager. Left message. He has never called back. Called Toyota and they said was fixed but now I have to take ANOTHER day off from work to get tag. Called to talk to general manager about problem, guess what, he hasn't called back either. Called the salesman Chad Moorehead and ,you guessed it, he won't call me back either. Now I have a new shiny car that we can't drive until we get tag taken care of. Gotta love Toyota. Next car will have a HONDA emblem on it! More
