Leila Hillman, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience here at Butler Nissan. According to our phone records, we have no record of any issues. We have the carfax on your vehicle which you signed at time of purchase stating no accidents and no damage has been reported. Even when pulling a carfax up to date it shows no accidents or damages. Service records indicate you have had one oil change since your purchase in February. I can provide you with all the details if you are interested. You also purchased a Certified Preowned Nissan. Which means you have Warranty 100,000 miles or 7 years which ever comes first. You should have also received that paperwork at the time of purchase. Please give us a call to discuss this further. I have phone records that say otherwise. I have messages, pictures and videos that were sent to GT Gary Taylor.. He said that he would let his manager know and they would give us a call back but they didn’t, we had to call him back and he said that his manager Chris would be giving us a call. Chris called and said that there was nothing they could do about the damage and that the car belonged to us.
