Customer treated like a celebrity The store's staff took the time to understand what I needed, asked relevant questions, and came into the break area every few mnutes to give me update The store's staff took the time to understand what I needed, asked relevant questions, and came into the break area every few mnutes to give me updates. They did not simply take my key and disappear, nor did they mind when I asked them to research the best tire replacement option for my truck. As a bonus, they washed my truck after it was serviced, which is something they clearly did not have to do. Amazing customer service. More
