The whole staff exceeded my expectations on this particular day. 9/6/22 - Emailed (Lexus Sales Professional) Tamahn Jamison & Finance Manager (Daniel Feliciano) - I've had my IS300 since June and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT but it doesn't love me in the same manner. I'm starting to realize just how uncomfortable it is. I honestly didn't take into consideration my height when I made the purchase. I also have back issues which makes it uncomfortable after sitting in it for a while. In addition it is uncomfortable for anyone sitting in the back seat because I have to push my seat all the way back due to my height and the steering wheel unfortunately isn't adjustable. Long story short, is there any way possible we can look at perhaps transferring me into something bigger that will give me more leg room and comfort. In addition, most of my passengers are over 6ft tall like myself and it hasn't been a very comfortable ride even for those sitting in the back seat. I received a call that evening form (New Car Sales Director) John Cogan who said he understood my situation. The is300 is a nice vehicle but that it probably wouldn't be a comfortable ride after a year. He even stated that he was 5'5 and as bad as he, his wife and his daughter wanted an (is) he, himself knows/knew how uncomfortable it is. He asked me to come into the dealership and that we'd look for something that would be comfortable for my height and play with some numbers. I left work early on 9/7/22 and was in traffic for over an hour to get to the dealership in the hope we'd find something that would work for me. Tamahn was helpful (as always) but I knew his hands were tied. He showed me a 2019 ES300 that was actually perfect and comfortable. When it was time to talk numbers I was told $5K down and an $1100.00 monthly payment. I told him no, I'm not interested in paying $1100.00 in addition to paying another down payment. It should've been a simpler process and it wasn't. I walked away disappointed and dissatisfied. On 9/9/22 I decided to take a chance and visit another Lexus dealership. After I explained my situation the (Lexus Sales Professional) was more than eager to help and get me out of the is300 and into something much bigger and newer. I didn't allow myself to get my hopes up because I know how these things can go bad when the odds are racked up against you. However, I did learn a few things? Per the sales professional and the Finance Director, I was advised that Butler Lexus sold me a 2020 Pre Certified Lexus IS300 for more than what it was actually worth and that I should've been put into a BRAND NEW VEHICHLE at the price I was paying per month as well as the actual total. I had been given a bad deal. Unfortunately, where I went they couldn't put me in anything else because "There was too much negative equity" I asked how is that possible when I've only had the car less than 90 days? "BECAUSE THEY SOLD IT TO ME FOR MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS ACTUALLY WORTH" In order for me to get out of it I'd need to put down 8-10K. The Sales Professional told me that BUTLER LEXUS has a bad reputation for overselling their vehicles for more than what they're actually worth. I'm disappointed because I honestly believed a dealership under this luxury flagship wouldn't price gouge nor take advantage of someone just to put extra money in their own pockets. I was overcharged by 15K yet they have the audacity to request me to put down 5K more and increase the monthly payment? DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP (YOU'LL BE SORRY) More

Yesterday I waited 2 hours for a simple oil change and found that my vehicle had not been touched in that time period. I had a 1:30pm appt., in which I arrived 15 minutes early. At 2:05pm, I was informed they are getting to my car. At 3:10pm, I asked the service consultant have they started on my car and the answer was "No". This "No" came with no apology or concern for my time. I asked for my key and left. I am currently at Nalley Lexus and the level of professionalism is night and day. At Nalley, I was immediately informed of a free update to the cars computer system... this was never mentioned at Butler. I will NEVER take my car to Butler/South Atlanta Lexus for anything. More

I brought my car in for a complete diagnostic. They provided a visual look and charged $165. . . . no paperwork on diagnostic; only a bill for $165. Bought a new LX570 from this dealer this summer and it was wonderful experience. Called RoadVantage today about filing a claim to repair cosmetic damage. Dealership claimed that would fix any interior or exterior damage to vehicle (scratches, car dents, waste food or drink, etc) BUT that was a lie. Dealership also claimed I could cancel this service at anytime..another lie. Roadvantage covers environmental damage only and cannot be cancelled because dealership supposedly applied a coating to my car that's doesn't allow me to cancel. Butler Lexus is the dealership that keeps taking from their customers. Disappointed to say the least with Butler Lexus. Will do everything I can to keep family, friends, coworkers, etc. away from this dealership. More
Buyer beware. This dealership is not honest with their financing!. They offered me 1 interest rate over the phone and when it came down to signing on the dotted line it was over 2 points higher and they financing!. I could not get anyone to call me back and felt as if they could have cared less about my satisfaction on financing. Lexus would be appalled and I don't think is in line with other dealerships I have worked with. More
I took my car in for service to have them diagnose a problem that I knew would take longer than 3 hours. I brought the Lexus Service Bulletin that went with this problem knowing that they would have to problem that I knew would take longer than 3 hours. I booked the appointment online and requested a loaner, no loaner was provided. I asked the Service Manager why not he stated I have not spent enough with them but he could make me a waiter. I have been going to this dealership to service my car originally in 2012 when it was Lexus of South Atlanta due to many times they have misdiagnose my vehicle. Under new management I thought the customer service would have improved. I ask to speak to the general manager to discuss the loaner issue just on principle. Turns out the Service Guy sent David Gibson the Service Director out to discuss the loaner policy with me. He again states I have not spent enough money with them. I explained to him that I have been going there since I got the car and they have misdiagnose problems saying I needed a water pump and didn't when I took it to another dealership. He states that I am giving your car back and refused to service my car. I would not take my car or advise anyone to take there car to Butler Lexus of South Atlanta if they were the last Lexus Dealership on Earth. I have spent tons of money at this place because of a misdiagnosed problem on LS460 and LX570 . I will try an Independent Shop. Because it took Lexus Service Department 3 times to fix a Brake Actuator. I needed Control Arms was not diagnosed until out of CPO Warranty, Water Pump stated needed took it to another dealership said I did not need a water pump. Don't take your car to this place and Lexus was the only place that ever touched this car. More
