I'm a returning customer that was returning to purchase a new Lexus and trade in a my old one. Previous experience was great 3-4 years ago but not this time . Made as come back 2 different days from over 1hr away only to find out that he could not finalize the deal because his finance guy had to leave early. Also told as that they are selling the cars so fast that their inflated prices over MSRP are none negotiable. We ended up driving to Butler Lexus of South Atlanta in Union. Got the exact car we wanted for great deal and amazing service. All in one afternoon. It was like a night and day difference from the treatment we got in Macon Lexus dealership. More
