Butler Lexus has maintained my GX460 for years. I happened to look under the engine skid plate to find the second bolt they have damaged. The first time they stripped out the bolt hole and placed a I happened to look under the engine skid plate to find the second bolt they have damaged. The first time they stripped out the bolt hole and placed a cheap plastic plug. Mind you this is a heavy steel skid plate. Now they ripped the head off another bolt. I guess it’s my job to correct their damage as my service manager has no interest. To top it off, none of the damage was reported to me. I found it and brought it to their attention. If you have a Lexus with a skid plate, do the maintenance yourself and save a lot of headaches. More
