I am so pleased with Butler Lexus Service Department! I always get excellent service but this time the guys in service that finish the cars went above & beyond . When I checked in I was told that the car wash was down so they would not be able to wash the car before pickup. When I came to pick up my car, I asked if the service manager was certain they did not wash it; it looked so much cleaner! He said the guys were hand washing as many as they could. I was impressed! What service! This was my first time working with Andy Miller (Rod Love was on vacation). Andy was friendly, explained everything to be covered in the service and gave me a final cost figure barring anything unforeseen. When working with someone new you never know what to expect, but I should have. I could not have asked for better service. More
