POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT I purchased my Accord from this dealership in 2008 and I would rate the dealership a 5 at that time. In the last 3 years the way that I have been spok I purchased my Accord from this dealership in 2008 and I would rate the dealership a 5 at that time. In the last 3 years the way that I have been spoken to by sales persons when they find out I was only there for service was rude and they would turn their back and walk off. The service department is very careless leaving grease on my seats. tools on the back seat floor, panels that they worked behind to repaired a seat belt would fall off the next day and the checklist used to show that they did their 10 point inspection is a joke. The same front driver side blinker light was not working on 2 occasions but the checklist showed ok. More

I been knowing Eric for awhile On May 7, 2016 I purchased my brand new 2015 Honda CRV. One of the greatest guys I know Eric Dejean was the sales rep. I been knowing Eric for awhile and Eric is a great salesman. I spoke to him on several occasions and told him what I wanted and when the time was right he did a great job getting me into my new CRV. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked. I am from New Orleans and I drove all the way to Butler Honda in Milledgeville, Ga to purchase my new ride. The process what as easy as 1,2,3. I have told all my family and friends that it is well worth the ride. Butler Honda is a great place to buy a car. I dont have the best of credit and I am riding on my new wheels today. So dont let that score stop you. Eric will get you the wheels and Butler Honda will provide the deal together they are A++ in my book. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. More

The deal they promised in an email was denied when we arrived at the store after an hour and half drive (a classic bait and switch). Just when Aaron angrily agreed to do as promised, threw the papers on the finance guy's desk and charged out of the finance office, he turned around and continued to berate me and shout at me and that is when I got up and closed the door in his face. At that point he violently flung the door open and told us to get out, that he wouldn't sell us a car and that he didn't "give a damn". I appealed to the General Manager, Brian, and he completely supported Aaron's behavior. He had an issue with the fact that I closed the door on Aaron's face and no problem with the fact that his dealership lied and misled me and that Aaron treated me in such a way. Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership. I had the most amazing experience at Phil Hughes Honda. They were awesome!!! More

Never ever ever again This dealership Butler Ford mercury Honda, is a complete rip off! I was pressured into signing a contract only to be ripped off by the company! I went to the dealership for an car that was 23900! After I got there they increased the price of the car to 27384 claiming it was now certified and under warranty knowing that it wasn't! The dealership offered me 11840 for my trade. I gave them 5000 down and car worth 11840 totaling an amount of 16840. I only owed 11855 on my trade so that left me with a negative equity of only 15 that was to be taken from my down payment! Well they added the trade in amount of 11855 back to my new loan and even financed it at an 18% interest rate and kept my old car! After that I was harassed repetitively for weeks to come buy back my old car with only 2000 down and 300 a month! I said no and later found out that it was sold to an employee at the dealership! I kept calling the dealership telling them that they never sent me my paperwork and was told week after week it's in the mail! Between this time I also found out the car was neither certified or under warranty through the American Honda! After weeks of trying to contact them I was told that I'm a liar and their salesmen don't make mistakes! I was given the run around so many times and I also think they were screening my calls. Never buy from this dealership! They are very unprofessional and would do anything to take your money! I contacted the BBB, Consumer Affairs and an auto lawyer! More
I was on vacation and decided to do some car shopping while in Brunswick Ga and found a Honda Odyssey that I really liked. It was the color and had all the features I wanted. I decided to call my local dealership in Milledgeville Ga to see if they could offer the same deal because I wanted to trade locally if I could. The manager, Robert Lamana, answered the phone and I told him what I was wanting in a car exactly like the one they had at Brunswick. I told him the price they had offered me on the Odyssey and he said they could do the same on one of their cars. I asked him if he was sure that this price was an "out the door price" and he reassured me that they could meet it or beat it. I told him that the car in Brunswick was a new 2012 and he said we don't have any 2012s left but we can do the same deal on a 2013 because the price didn't go up on the 2013 invoice but $187 over the 2012s. I said ok we will be in to talk a deal with you soon. I called back again to verify that he was positive he could do this before I left the Brunswick area and he reassured me he would. Long story short, when I went in to this dealership he would not stand by his word and he said the only reason he told me that was to get me into his dealership. I know car dealers can be deceitful but this man was the manager of this dealership and he flat out LIED about meeting the price we agreed to on the phone. What was even worse was he said he was just telling me whatever just to keep me from buying in Brunswick and to get me to his dealership. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely tell everyone that I can what an awful deceptive untrustworthy business this place is. More
