We came in after noticing a low tire on our CRV at the hotel in the early morning (out of towners passing through). The gentleman who greeted us could not have been nicer. The repair was indeed completed as he said. I'm so sorry I did not get his name!! The service advisor on the ticket was Tanya Rankin - but we had no interaction with her at all.
