just now I have don’t a ton of business with butler ford I mean they have made a ton of money off me you would think they would be grateful because customers are who keeps a pay check in the rude emplo ford I mean they have made a ton of money off me you would think they would be grateful because customers are who keeps a pay check in the rude employee pockets They sold me a car that I kid you not turned off broke down and wanted to get upset with me and tell me what I could do and what they wouldn’t do I have never heard of such in my life what ever happened to helping them customer or caring for them why is being mean to someone who made a purchase and gave you my brand new jeep because you rip me off tell the whole entire front of butler ford my cars are trash and then on top of it all tell me you don’t care and raise the price of my car that I traded thousands of dollars and tell me that’s what I can do is pay that I hope your boss sees this and fires you I hope the owner sees that Ryan is truly a person who doesn’t obviously deal with the public well or care for customers I would be embarrassed to know I sent someone home in a car that was not right that only 80 miles was put on and broken down out side my dealership after they have bought 4 cars in 2 weeks including from your other store and not once did you ask me could you help me or what you could do to make it right you just crossed your arms and spoke to me like I did something wrong Your sad your wrong I even told you o have to take care of a person who is disabled and I didn’t need to be in a unsafe care he just shrugged his shoulders I’m pretty sure they have cameras and I’m pretty sure they all show how not one but 3 people treated me I even have proof of text maybe I can get someone from butler autogroup or higher management to do what the employees must not be capable of and that is treat customers with respect and make the sale right cause honestly after this I don’t think I’ll be back and hopefully before anyone else goes they may read this before they make the same mistake to be mistreated id go spend my money with a Business that actually has a customer satisfaction guarantee and respect for themselves and management who is qualified instead of this mess Hopefully the owner can see this and will understand what he has going on and how the customers and treated like xxxx he didn’t get this far with people like he has working there now talking to customers as they do sad More

Worst dealership in Milledgeville hands down! I’ve took my truck to them on multiple occasions & each time they have shown me how incompetent they are with servicing & customer service as well as I’ve took my truck to them on multiple occasions & each time they have shown me how incompetent they are with servicing & customer service as well as charging very high prices followed by poor & inconsistent work by mechanics. You’re better off throwing your vehicle away before you pay them for their services. I paid $175 for a diagnostic that I was originally told it was $125 , as well as they charged me well over $900 more than the quoted price. They also had wanted me to pay an additional $1200! It’s a total scam, because they still did not fix the leak my truck had! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! More
