Friendly atmospheres Have been bringing in our vehicles since we moved to the area in 2012. Was always taken care of by the Service Dept. Both Mark and Richard care about you and the vehicle you bring in whether it is a Ford or other make and it does not matter if you bought from Butler or not. F-150 safety recall Called Richard in the service dept. late afternoon on 3/14 to schedule an appointment. He got me one the next day at 11am. Took about 20 minutes including time to replace the front license plate holder. in the meantime, Courtney in sales offered me a buyout on my Lexus RC 350 to buy a 2019 Mustang. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have used Richard in the service for years. He has been great! More
Service Dept shouldn have mechanics that can fix your car I dropped my Lincoln off because the brakes were not working right. They stated pads were good but brake booster had a busted diaphragm. I picked my car up 3 days later to $752 charge. I drove my car home and the brake pedal is literally scrubbing when you press it and the pedal goes all the way to the floor before stopping the car. I took it back to them and they say it's normal? I have drove this car for five years and I think I know what the brakes felt like before. I will not purchase a car from them or use their service dept again. As a side note, I checked out their review on FB before using them. I wish I had looked deeper. Their employees have given them a lot of the 5 star ratings that they have. In my opinion, that is just deceptive and shady. More
Appears to have under qualified service techs Took over 2 months to replace a head gasket on a 2017 f150. Missed promise After missed promise. Then couldn’t make it run. Awful service Our truck is under warranty. The service dept has had our truck for almost three weeks. No progress has been made on it as far as repairs. Both my hus Our truck is under warranty. Both my husband and myself have been told different stories (on the same day) as to why the truck has not been serviced. Employees in the service department are completely rude and unprofessional. Let’s just say after weeks of this mess, Butler Ford of Milledgeville has been reported to Butler’s corporate office and Ford Motor Company. More

Go somewhere else! I got a fair deal on my new car that I bought. I asked for a new battery because the car had been sitting in the showroom for 2 years & when I checked I got a fair deal on my new car that I bought. I asked for a new battery because the car had been sitting in the showroom for 2 years & when I checked they had not replaced it they just charged it. I also asked for an air exchange in my tires to Nitrogen & they said they don't have it on site? The car was cleanish at delivery but not detailed the way a new car should be. The temporary tag was printed wrong with no showing expiration date & I got an excuse that it's no problem & they printed it off wrong? My low tire pressure came on when I was half way home indicating that I had low pressure on all tires & one was half flat? It went through service & had an oil change & tire rotation but they didn't check the tire pressure? Seriously failed on all little details. All I got was sorry & what can we do to fix it but won't actually do anything for me? If you are going to sell cars know your vehicles! The salesman fumbled through basics & I had to set up everything myself including the Sirius XM which I only got 3 months instead of the promised 6 & the dealer said it was out of their hands. More

The Worse The worse car service and customer service than any Ford Dealership ever! Cringe when having to go, no trust for best interest of my vehicle. Had oil changed on my vehicle other than a Ford and 2 of those times left it a quart short! I also take my other new vehicle which is a Ford and still have no full assurance. A Dealership suppose to have the reputation of knowing and servicing the best for your vehicle. At this time this is not that place! Sidebar: I never give negative reviews unless it's been confirmed without a shadow of a doubt. Update: Since last review emergency warranty work needed and service was excellent, too good! Could not have asked for more. Maybe they major on the major and minor on the minor. As I've concluded all manor given toward warranty work should be given to all needs that come before them. Hopefully this review will help bring them together. More
