The Worse The worse car service and customer service than any Ford Dealership ever! Cringe when having to go, no trust for best interest of my vehicle. Had oil The worse car service and customer service than any Ford Dealership ever! Cringe when having to go, no trust for best interest of my vehicle. Had oil changed on my vehicle other than a Ford and 2 of those times left it a quart short! I also take my other new vehicle which is a Ford and still have no full assurance. A Dealership suppose to have the reputation of knowing and servicing the best for your vehicle. At this time this is not that place! Sidebar: I never give negative reviews unless it's been confirmed without a shadow of a doubt. Update: Since last review emergency warranty work needed and service was excellent, too good! Could not have asked for more. Maybe they major on the major and minor on the minor. As I've concluded all manor given toward warranty work should be given to all needs that come before them. Hopefully this review will help bring them together. More

Good deal and service.9 I drove to Butler Ford in the fall of 2015, just looking at New F150s. A salesman came out and asked me what I was looking for. Just a newer truck to I drove to Butler Ford in the fall of 2015, just looking at New F150s. A salesman came out and asked me what I was looking for. Just a newer truck to pull my travel trailer of 8000 lbs. I replied, but really just looking around. He went to see what truck I needed. He came back and showed me the trucks capable of that load capacity, and offered me a text drive. We drove two and I liked one. Told them they could figure a deal for me but again I was just looking. They were very nice and I ended up with a newer F150. Several days later, I needed another key, it was provided free and they are expensive. I wanted the front bumper with a tagmount, and they also got that for me for free. The key and bumper after I had already closed the deal. Their service Has been great, and service dept. has been polite to me. I would recommend this dealership. More
One of the sales manager was so rude over the phone, yelling To sum it up, rude! Not everyone but it does not matter when a representative in management as a sales manager is literally yelling at you over the ph To sum it up, rude! Not everyone but it does not matter when a representative in management as a sales manager is literally yelling at you over the phone and stating how he did not have to issue a loaner car when my mother's car (just bought in December 2015) a 2015 Chev. Impala has been repaired (up to five days each stay) two times. When I spoke to this gentlemen, he assured me that he would investigate the issue with the car, so I gave him my name and phone number. However, he had someone call me back. Well, this person assured me that my mother would be able to receive a loaner car. However, after my mother's arrival at around 5:40pm from an hour away one direction; she was still met with the same response and non-accountability. I instructed her by phone to request the sales manager that I had spoken with. She did. This same sales manager stated that he did not make the arrangement for a loaner car. So I ask the question, how did a representative receive my contact information when it was given to this sales manager and now no one knows whats going on. How inconsiderate and irresponsible? After an hour and a half my mother was finally provided with a loaner car. Only to leave still with unanswered questions about the diagnosis of her inoperable car and the discontent of the poor customer service. I called the dealership myself to speak with sales manager from earlier today. When he got on the phone, he began to yell and tell lies about our previous conversation and the dealership's policy on loaner cars, he specifically stated that he did not have to even give her a loaner car, what is my problem and what concern of it is mine. Well, Mr. Kevin, I tell you what concern of it is mine. The woman that is being mishandled is my mother as you know. I do not take kindly to anyone mistreating her and neglecting her rights as a customer. If you did not respect her as customer then why sell her a car if you planned on ignoring her concerns. I told the sales manager, Mr. Kevin, that I would definitely be filing a complaint with the general manager for him yelling at me and belittling me over the phone as I made sure that I maintained my composure during the conversation. All conversations its states are recorded. I will request this conversation as evidence. No one should be subjected to this type of treatment, especially when it involves the discretion of a person's hard earned money and the safety of transportation, as well as their ability to travel to and fro as they desire. My question to this dealership (Butler Ford of Milledgeville) is as follows: "Is this the representation of your customer service? Also, it should be noted that I called to speak with the general manager after the belittling from the sales manager towards myself over the phone, but I was informed that he had already left for today, but I was transferred to his voicemail and I left a message. I will make follow up calls to speak with the general manager, because absolutely no one deserves this type of treatment. I would suggest positive customer service training, but in the meantime an apology will do. To anyone reading this review, please be aware of not just the car but those that sale the car as well. THEY ARE LIARS!! My husband and I went to the dealership after they told him that he was approved, but he needed a co-signer which I agreed to do. When we arrived they My husband and I went to the dealership after they told him that he was approved, but he needed a co-signer which I agreed to do. When we arrived they lied about everything. They told him everything was approved and had my husband cancel his insurance on our old car and add the new car and that's when everything changed. They told me that I would have to be the primary applicant which we told them several times that I didn't want to do that because I would be purchasing a car for myself in the near future. They had us sitting in that dealership for 6 hours with a cranky 3 year old and they would stop us with lies every time we tried to leave. They had us taking the car home over the weekend and stated that they would call us on Monday after they talk to more banks. They called the following Monday and stated that everything went through just like we wanted. ALL A LIE!! We arrived and they tried to switch the contracts without us noticing and it had me as the applicant and my husband as the co-applicant which was the opposite of what we wanted. Your could see the nervous look on the saleswoman's (Dixie was her name) face when I caught what they were trying to do. It was amazing the lies that Dixie and Vashawn Renfroe would tell trying to sell a care. They even tried to get the credit manager to lie to us about the contracts, but when I started asking about the contracts they started backing off. THEY ARE CROOKS!! They even gave my husband somebody else's credit report stating that it was his. I know for a fact that you are not suppose to give customers their credit reports, but their credit manage gave us both of our reports, except my husband had someone else's credit report will all of her information on it. This people are full of trickery and lies to sell a car! I will never go here again or recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
Very Bad Dealership BUTLER FOR DIS NOT THE DELAERSHIP ANYONE SHOULD GO TO NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS!! I say this because of the finance manager MARCUS LILLARD! You BUTLER FOR DIS NOT THE DELAERSHIP ANYONE SHOULD GO TO NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS!! I say this because of the finance manager MARCUS LILLARD! You will be treated with sincerity and the upmost respect when they are trying to get your business...but once they get it all of that turns around! A few days after my vehicle was purchased I started having a small issue with it and of course I informed the bank on it when they tried to do my welcome call. Well, marcus became VERY upset and decided to step well out of the character I had met before. He was extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and IGNORANT even sending me demeaning text messages from his PERSONAL cell phone to mine. He even decided to tell me that I wouldn't be able to find another dealership to approve me. When I finally caught a break at WORK in which he knew I was at I returned his call from the MANY missed calls and impolite voicemails I missed from him. But only to hear him yell! I find it funny how Google is the only website with good reviews, everyone else such as DealerRater.com, Facebook, and etc have all of the negative reviews that actually state the facts. I'm convinced the reveiws on here must be false and created by them. Do not get suckered into this dealership as long as Marcus is still working there. I'm pretty sure if he gets away doing things like this then management must keep allowing him to! Oh by the way, I found out from another Ford Dealership that my vehicle badly needed a tire rotation, balance, and not to mention new wiper blades. You would think they would inspect these things BEFORE they sell you a "gently" used vehicle. I guess not! More
Felt cheated and deceived I purchased a vehicle from Mr. Pitts who works at Butler in Milledgeville. He assured me that the transmission only needed a hose. Only to find out t I purchased a vehicle from Mr. Pitts who works at Butler in Milledgeville. He assured me that the transmission only needed a hose. Only to find out that I need a whole new transmission. After reading reviews of this dealership, I can see that deception is their practice. I contacted Mr. Pitts about the issue only for him to ignore my calls and text messages. Unfortunately, Georgia doesn't have a lemon law so I am stuck with a truck that I can't drive or afford to fix. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone be if a person would be so deceptive about their own vehicle, I know they would be extremely deceptive about the company vehicles. Not happy with how I was lied to. I drove over an hour to get the car and now it's just sitting in my driveway. NEVER GO TO BUTLER FORD/HONDA IN MILLEDGEVILLE. You will only be lied to to get your money. More

The salesmen at Butler Ford took advantage of my mother and sold her a car that she could NOT afford. They put in false information to the bank in order to get financing. She took the car back to the deale and sold her a car that she could NOT afford. They put in false information to the bank in order to get financing. She took the car back to the dealership the next day and the refused to take it back. The bank that is involved revoked the contract on the car due to false information given by the dealership. The dealership had already ran the financing request through the bank and was denied. They entered the false information in order for the loan to be approved. The loan was then approved through the bank because they entered the income to be a lot more than it actually was. They are crooks and cons. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! More
