Took my Ford Explorer in for an oil change. Did not have an appointment but they were able to work my car in. They were very professional and polite. Told me how long wait would be and that I could wait in an appointment but they were able to work my car in. They were very professional and polite. Made an appointment for a safety recall and was told it would take about 2 hours. Dropped car off and returned 2+ hours later and was told they are still waiting for authorization from Ford so we left the would take about 2 hours. Don't understand why "authorization" is required on a mandatory safety recall (door locks) it has been 10 months now still waiting for authorization. More

I was very pleased with the service I received at Butler Ford in Milledgeville. Willie and Matt went above and beyond to get me the car that I was looking for. They brought it in from another lot and delive Ford in Milledgeville. Willie and Matt went above and beyond to get me the car that I was looking for. I tried taking my truck to get serviced this morning, an oil change and possible tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment, so I was already expecting to wait. I pulled up to the service lanes, three reps oil change and possible tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment, so I was already expecting to wait. I pulled up to the service lanes, three reps available, I walked in and I say "good morning" .. no one acknowledged (maybe no one heard, ok). I still have to stand there like a dummy to be acknowledged. When I'm finally asked "what can we do for you?" and I respond with an oil change. I'm asked about an appointment, which I said no. The rep proceeded to tell me that I would wait a long time until they can get to it...which I expected, so I said ok. He set that expectation, I wasn't worried. He continues to tell me he's booked through June, but will try to squeeze me in. Asked if I was leaving the truck, I told him I was going to wait for it and continued to tell me about the hours I'll be waiting. So clearly, he didn't want my business and I'll never take it back. Plus, last time I took my truck to get serviced by them, they nicked my wheel. Reps are rude and don't want to work. They talked themselves out of money today and any future business from me. Long time Ford customer and got treated like trash. If you don't like your job, quit, go find your happy place. This department needs training on how to work with people (sad) or get new people...and how not to talk themselves out of bringing in more money. More
