Very poor service, never returned calls, they don't get parts ordered, I had to keep calling back to get any information, after 5 months I'm finally getting the repairs completed. Rocky accoring to a family member who accompanied my father said he was pushy and manipulative . My dad went in not intending to purchase a car that day, but somehow ended leaving with a car not up to father said he was pushy and manipulative . Always a good experience Took my Focus (Miss Francine) in for oil change and tire rotation. 1) They found a nail in one tire so fixed that up - no charge. 2) Found that one br Took my Focus (Miss Francine) in for oil change and tire rotation. 1) They found a nail in one tire so fixed that up - no charge. 2) Found that one brake was very bad. The Service Dept immediately put my car next in line for an unexpected brake job so I left her overnight. 3) The next morning, I had a coupon in my email for $$$ off a brake job, which they happily applied to the bill! When Miss Francine was brought up I found they had vacuumed the inside for me. Brian was attentive, thorough and very helpful explaining each new discovery. Another great experience with Butler Ford! More
