Service Manager Clark Alexander and service writer Tommy will lie right to your face . My truck sat in there lot for 3 weeks not Even diagnosed. Worst dealership service I have ever experienced. Horrible communication. Zero accountability and zero follow through. Avoid this place if at all possible. Absolutely terrible service the last 3 times I have been in to this dealership for service. This time we made an appointment for my pickup which is under warranty which was 2 MONTHS out to get service. Af in to this dealership for service. After dropping my F250 off for the appointment it sat for FOURTEEN DAYS without being touched. All the while we are making 5-10 phone calls a day getting nothing but receptionists and excuses. After 14 days the Service Writer, Tommy, finally returned one of my dozens of phone calls to say it was "big job, and I should have known it would take a long time" after never having any updates on what was wrong with the vehicle. After nearly 3 weeks we finally gave up and picked up my vehicle which was disgustingly filthy, and are now looking for a reputable service shop. Unfortunately, it looks like this place is as bad as Lithia now. More
butler ford is the worst . after buying a new f150 they said they would help with getting my reward points .so after 5 months of calling and being told they are on the way, fo after buying a new f150 they said they would help with getting my reward points .so after 5 months of calling and being told they are on the way, ford told me the time to apply for the reward points had expired. those points can be redeemed for future maintenance. it seems the customer service only applies to buyers after they have your money you go on the not-so-important list More
Ended up going with a different vehicle than we had originally came in for. So i hadn't done as much research as i had on the original vehicle. that parts my fault i guess. But they ended up ripping us off for at least 5k just based on what's available in the area. if not more when you look at an even wider area. Other than that the process and experience was good. And probably would have been 5 stars. These price games though are why ppl are sick of the dealerships and Ford is considering selling direct. We are a young family, new to the area. couldve resulted in multiple sales over the years including the one my wife is currently looking for. More
