We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. One the first day of our planned vacation trip to Canada our truck broke down. He took our terrible situation and helped us every step of the way. He even hooked us up with a business that could make the necessary changes for our hitch and new height level on our trailer since we purchased a 4x4. He gave us the use of a free rental so we could get around Ashland and travel to Medford where the work was being done on our truck and trailer. He called us everyday, sometimes twice to check on how we were doing and if he could help us in any way. My husband and I can't say enough good things about how Rocky helped us during a very stressful time. If we lived in Oregon we would be regular customers at Butler Ford. More
