Considerate employees go a long way I came to Butler after they quoted me a wildly different price, and time of completion, than Crater for one service. Crater told me a number that was twice as expensive and said the process would take a couple days to finish. Butler gave me a very reasonable price and told me they'd have it finished in a few hours. And they delivered on their word. Going to get work done on my car has been a stressor in my life for many years. I've had shops and service departments keep my car longer than expected (by a couple to several days). I've had them hike up the price on me two or three times. I hated getting anything done to my car, but I knew I'd hate it more if I didn't get the services done because then I'd have a bigger problem on my hands. But the folks at Butler, from the moment I called them up on the phone, have been nothing short of fair, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'm much more willing to bring my car in for them to work on it--as they've never given me cause to suspect that they'll take advantage of my lack of knowledge or damage my car in some way that will cause me to have to return to them in a short time. Both are things I greatly appreciate. Thank you for treating me like a human being and not another sucker. And thank you so much for taking care of me; I get into my car with confidence after it's been in your hands. Seriously, I can't thank y'all enough. Y'all are awesome! More

When Steve checked the car over very carefully he found a few things he felt needed additional attention. He is quite conscientious in looking out for his “customers”. Rather than me waiting while the work was completed he called to ask if I could adjust my arrival time. When we finally got together (yes, I did end up buying the car) I found Steve to be most friendly and informative. He has a great personality and is quite friendly. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and get me fully satisfied about the vehicle. I would definitely trust Steve to do the same for anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More

Great dealership We purchased a new F-350 from them and have had such a great experience that we bought an Explorer, too. Our truck replaced an older Nissan Titan and We purchased a new F-350 from them and have had such a great experience that we bought an Explorer, too. Our truck replaced an older Nissan Titan and is such a huge upgrade. We've been to the dealership a few times for minor things and as a result of our experiences, we traded in a Dodge Durango for the Explorer. Both new cars are wonderful and while we have had a few interesting minor glitches, this dealership is a huge improvement over the local dealerships. We've even purchased a few accessories from parts and generally had a great experience. This most recent visit was for an oil change and detail on the truck. More
