Butler Fired I found Andrea to be extremely knowledgeable and super accommodating. I went in for an oil change and when I got there they told me ai was due for a 3 I found Andrea to be extremely knowledgeable and super accommodating. I went in for an oil change and when I got there they told me ai was due for a 30,000 mile servicing. Which was fine - I'm happy to maintain my car, but would have been nice to know that and plan the appointment around a 3 hour maintenance - but we easily rescheduled for two days later, arranging for me to have a car to use. Andrea finally explained why my AC stopped working twice in two years - and how to avoid it. I appreciate her energy - Earth Mother at the car dealership! It's about time :) Can't rate price because I have nothing to compare it to. My 2015 C-max Hybrid is my first every brand new car - sorry they aren't making them any more and hope that doesn't impact quality of future service. More
